On Saturday evening, the Surfrider Foundation hosted the first of two annual Two Coasts One Ocean bi-coastal fundraisers to support the shared, environmental responsibilities of keeping our water clean and our beaches healthy. The Edward Vincent Ecker, Sr. County Park, adjacent to Navy Beach in Montauk, served as the waterfront setting for the fundraiser and dinner. Notable guests such as Cynthia Rowley, David Neville, Gucci Westman Neville, Peter Davis, and our very own Rachelle Hruska MacPherson were in attendance to support the cause, enjoying handcrafted cocktails and soulful beats by May Kwok. Guests bid on custom surfboards and specialty items from artists like pro surfer Tony Caramanico, until sunset, when the night evolved into an on-site after party under string lights and floral archways.
