What's the number one party request you receive from clients?
Our Pizza Bar has been the most requested party this summer so far! 

Our clients, who normally might be able to hop on a plane to Italy without significant planning or precaution, are missing these worldly food experiences and looking to recreate them at home.

We're finding that the traditional summer, American-style cuisine, of hot dogs, hamburgers and coleslaw, is being lapped by more worldly options like Seared Neapolitan style pizza, local romaine, anchovy vinaigrette, buratta and squash salad!

Which of your dishes is the biggest crowd pleaser?
Seared Tuna Tostadas with avocado mousse, buratta and squash salad, and our amazing oven ready lobster boils! All delivered right to your door!

What's the secret to being the perfect Hamptons host?
The hangover of covid is still very much lingering (there isn't any bloody mary in sight that will take the sting off quite yet), but we're all looking for a little fun. Leave the stuffiness at the door, remember your friends have been wearing leggings for a year! 

Set up a Self Serve Bar, skip the formal bartender (yes with hand sanitizer please) and let your guests be the mixologists! Add some fun juices (in glass drink dispensers), artisanal sodas, kombuchas (because natural health is important, too), we all know we've had a lot of practice mixing our own drinks this year.

Which summer holiday do you think is the most popular to celebrate?
Saturday? Lol, I think Saturdays are the new holiday, clients are really looking to make up for lost time, excited to have something to look forward to, each week. Each Saturday is almost completely sold out through July, we're actively recruiting more and more chefs + staff each week because we hate to tell our clients no!

What does the process of planning an event with you look like?
Easy! We are about as transparent as it gets, our website offers all of our options (from easy entertaining drop offs to private chef dinners) along with explicit pricing making it really easy for clients to navigate and figure out their budget for a specific evening or event. Our Drop-Off Catering can be ordered online as far as 60 days in advance so any eager client can lock in future weekends with a click of the mouse.
