The latest on the line-out-the-door list? Chicago's XO Marshmallow, a sweet online biz that's about to open its first brick-and-mortar location.
Thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, co-founders Lindzi Shanks and Kathryn Connor will be bringing their fluffy creations to life inside the first-ever marshmallow cafe, serving up everything from s'mores (duh) to marshmallow lattes.
