When Bob Dylan first arrived in Greenwich Village in 1961 nobody knew who the fuck he was. I mean, picture it - skinny kid, raspy voice, probably carrying a satchel, and living in the shadow of Folk Queen Joan Baez. Poor, pleb. In fact, Dylan was the ultimate fan boy for years, swooning Baez with his inferiority and clinginess. That is until he achieved his independent fame and dropped Baez faster than you did that guy who thinks feminism means "hating men." If you almost feel guilty about loving Bob Dylan after what he did to the O.G. Queen Baez - don't think twice, it's alright.
