The '90s are back this season with shades of brown, mauve, and not-quite-red. We've taken Tom Ford's advice and traded in our sticky lip gloss for matte and satin colors that stay on all day. Hint: Use a liner to line just outside of your lip line, and shade it in before applying the lipstick. This way you have fuller lips that won't bleed and that stay on all day.
