Guests can indulge in a five-course, prix-fixe menu featuring contemporary chef-inspired creations, including Maine Lobster “BLT,” Hudson Valley Seared Foie Gras, Coriander Dusted Diver Sea Scallop, Blue Prawn, Lump Crab and Last Harvest Corn Ravioli, Grilled Domestic Lamb and Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast. For dessert, Hazelnut Chocolate Cake or Salted Caramel Mousse.
