When nights like this come up, it makes me think that DC is really on the up-and-up in terms of culture and style. Check out what's going on this evening:

Tory Burch/Rebecca Project Reception

Tory Burch herself will be in town to visit her new boutique in Tysons Galleria, her first visit to the shop since it opened this spring. The hosts for the event, benefiting the Rebecca Project, are Elena Allbritton (wife of Politico publisher Robert Allbritton), CBS correspondent Norah O'Donnell, and philanthropist Catherine Reynolds (she famously donated $100 million to the Kennedy Center a few years ago).

The event is invite-only.

Crystal Jo Pret-A-Porter Launch Party

Crystal Hannon is the designer of the beautiful feminine clothing line Crystal Jo, and she is having a launch party tonight at City Tavern Club. The guest list is now closed...but if you RSVP'ed in time, smile for our cameras! Vithaya Phongsavan will be taking pictures for Guest of a Guest DC.

Ledbury Pop-Up Launch

This one's for the boys! Ledbury, the Richmond-based luxury men’s shirt maker, will host a three-day pop-up in Georgetown on October 27-29.   It all kicks off tonight at 7PM with a launch party (open to the public) featuring a whiskey bar and funk/soul music.
