Details: The 28th annual Mayor's Art Awards honored teacher, artists and nonprofits who are patrons of the arts. Artists and organizations were honored in five different categories: Excellence in an Artistic Discipline; Excellence in Service to the Arts; Innovation in the Arts; Outstanding Contribution to Arts Education and Outstanding Emerging Artist.
