Other details: On Saturday, August 9th, SoulCycle DC opened with a splash! The District was invited to visit DC's new downtown SoulCycle studio. DC SoulCycle enthusiasts and those who were curious flocked to the studio to welcome the new workout craze to the District. Classes were booked within minutes and attendees swept in and out of the doors to meet with SC instructors. The opening event included a DJ, a fun photobooth, SoulCycle themed Georgetown cupcakes, Sweetgreen serving lemonade, fresh watermelon and seasonal August samplings. The following day on Sunday, August 10th, Knock Out Abuse hosted a charity ride Marcia Dyson, CEO and founder of Women's Global Initiative.
