Other details: Ripple’s Executive Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley welcomed select media to enjoy a a 7-course tasting menu that included dishes by Top Chef California contestant Kwame Onwuachi (The Shaw Bijou) and Tiffany MacIsaac (Buttercream Bakeshop). 

The menu included Beet cured hamachi, avocado puree, charred romaine (by Kwame Onwuachi); Braised endive, winter citrus, cashew butter, togarashi candied pistachios (by Marjorie Meek-Bradley); Seared foie gras with shrimp & pork marmalade, charred pineapple (by Kwame Onwuachi); Potato gnocchi, lamb shank ragu, harissa, ricotta salata (by Marjorie Meek-Bradley); Lobster, smoked razor clams, beans - cassoulet style (by Marjorie Meek-Bradley); Dry-aged waygu beef, salsa verde, caramelized sauce soubouisse (by Kwame Onwuachi); and an assortment of petit fours, such as passion fruit macaroons (by Tiffany MacIsaac).
