Other details: Richard Sandoval’s colorful Latin-Asian inspired restaurant, Zengo, introduced a new “Culinary Tour” menu, inspired by Richard's recent tour of Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Thailand. During his trip, Sandoval tasted his way through these inspiring culinary epicenters. Upon his return, Sandoval and Zengo’s culinary team, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Jason Streiff, called upon ingredients they savored to create dishes that showcase the story of Asia’s distinct flavors.
