White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse
If it's too cold to go out and get ice cream stay in and whip up a batch of peppermint mouse! This quick and easy recipe only calls for four ingredients, and in 20 minutes you will be enjoying your delicious homemade dessert. We also think that this mousse could make a great substitute for whipped cream on top of a chocolate pie!
What You Will Need:
1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
6 oz good quality white chocolate, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy, for garnish
