Well, here's one good thing to come out of the government shutdown: free sandwiches!
That's right, government employees! If you have been left with a mini-vacay due to the shutdown, famous DC chef Jose Andres is treating you to lunch!
With a valid government ID, you can get a free sandwich at Jaleo, Zaytinya, and Oyamel, according to a tweet sent out by the chef last night.
The deals only last between 3 and 5 and until the Congress is able to work out their issues so grab a (free) late lunch on Jose today!
