Kelly's Irish Times - 14 F Street NW
An endearing dive bar popular with those working on the Hill, Kelly’s Irish Times has a reputation for providing fun nights with bright beginnings and hazy endings. Although both floors are almost always filled with people, there are still plenty of drinks to go around. Aside from having several working bartenders and respectable draught collection, the walls of KIT are lined with unopened beer from the 1800s. In addition to the spirits and its greasy-but-delicious bar food, Kelly’s frequently has live music and is often the location of late-night dance parties.
