Over the weekend, shoppers were spotted all over Bethesda Row for the annual sidewalk sale. Boutiques slashed their prices on summer merchandise, and set racks of clothing out along the cobblestone streets of the Lane. Big deals were found everywhere from the $15 and $25 racks at Ginger to the 75% off racks at the Pink Palm.
