Montel Williams, who has long advocated for pot’s medicinal values (he suffers from Multiple Sclerosis), owns part of the Abatin Wellness Center. It was approved by the DC government to open a cultivation center in the 2100 block of Queens Chapel Road in Langdon, according to a city list obtained by
The Washington Post.
Montel recently completed a fact-finding trip to Israel to learn about its approach to medical weed and to meet with legislators, scientists and doctors.
