Last night, Jill Kargman was back in town for her book tour for her latest novel, The Rock Star in Seat 3A. Jill is also the author of national bestsellers Sometimes I Feel Like a Nut and The Ex-Mrs. Hedgefund. We stopped by Ginger boutique in Bethesda Row for her invite-only party, hosted by Ginger owner Gretchen Hitchner and socialites Susanna Quinn, Audrey Schaffer, Kelley Halpern and Julie Bowen. Kargman also had a book party here for her novel Arm Candy in May 2010.
The Rock Star in Seat 3A is a quintessential beach read. It follows a down-to-earth NYC girl with a perfect boyfriend that meets her celebrity crush on a flight. She must choose: the rock star life, or the life she knows?
