On Saturday, Brightest Young Things once again took over the Capitol Skyline Hotel pool for their "Rave Camp" party. First thrown in 2008, this was the second edition of the popular theme party. As you may all know, Brightest Young Things has a reputation for throwing some of the best parties in DC and they did not disappoint: djs spinning House music, a limbo contest, a stencil tattoo station, a costumed purple Teletubbie and a costumed giant bacon, a balloon artist, barbecue fares, various floats (such as a giant swan and turtle), and several bars offering refreshments. Several attendees took turns watching the Olympic games in the indoor bar. Team USA was definitely on the partygoers' minds as we spotted many wearing "gold medals" and sporting USA-themed gear.
