Alexandria's fashion scene was at Belle Haven Country Club last night for the 14th Annual Toast to Fashion, which benefited the Campagna Center. Ladies sipped on cocktails and shopped local boutiques like Pink Palm, Queen Bee Designs, Stella & Dot and Bronzed Berry. For the third year in a row, ABC-7/WJLA’s Britt McHenry served as emcee for the all-ages fashion show, which displayed the latest spring looks from Periwinkle, The Shoe Hive, Zoe boutique and others.
About the Campagna Center: For nearly 70 years, The Campagna Center has been committed to fostering a positive environment for Alexandria’s children and families. The early childhood programs serve some of the neediest children in the community and help ensure they are prepared for school. In addition, the Center operates after school programs for elementary students with tutoring and enrichment experiences.
The event, which was hosted by the Junior Friends of the Campagna Center, would not have been possible with the help of the 2013 sponsors: Volkswagen Group of America; Oronoco Waterfront Residences by EYA; Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Duzbin & Kroeger; Braddock Commercial Real Estate Services; Queen Bee Designs; Storm King Strategies and Villa de Alpacas Farms.
