Summer Concoctions: Lincoln Announces Mason Jar Program

This month, Lincoln is launching its Monthly Mason Jar Program, which will highlight a different spirit each month.

June's feature is Pimm's No. 1, a gin-based liquor made in England from dry gin, liqueur, fruit juices and spices, which, under the direction of Serbian-born mixologist and Lincoln Bar manager, Boris Stojkovic, will be combined with fresh ingredients to create incredible concoctions.

Pimm's will be the main ingredient in the June Bug, a cocktail composed of Wild Turkey American Honey, house Infused Cherry Whiskey and fresh Lemon Juice, and the Pimm's Punch Bowl, which combines the eponymous liqour with homemade cucumber water and strawberry and ginger syrups.

Other featured drinks at Lincoln in the upcoming months include: The Farragut Fizz, Mason-Dixon Manhattan, The Candidate, The Railsplitter, Manifest Destiny, Whiskey Rebellion and the 49’er. So go quench your thirst this summer with Lincoln's fresh, unique takes on some old classics!
