Hot off of his RAMMY win, Fabio Trabocchi just opened up his new venture in Penn Quarter. The menu takes inspiration from Fabio’s childhood in La Marche as well as his wife Maria’s Mallorca background. They’ve made this restaurant a family affair, as well. Their 9-year-old son Luca (the namesake) has lent his hand in the kitchen. The food is rustic and fresh and sure to be a hit. And if the food doesn’t bring you in (it will) Fabio and Maria Trabocchi’s hospitality sure will.
