[Johnson shows off her selections of gently used fashion]
Even though Krista Johnson recently moved her high-end consignment boutique Ella Rue across the street to a bigger and better space, you don't have to say goodbye to the old location just yet. Before closing up shop in the former home for good, Johnson reopened the doors this past Saturday for a two weekend warehouse sale featuring some seriously discounted designer duds.
Ella Rue is known for carrying some of the best designer brands like Prada, Chanel, Gucci, Shoshanna, Milly and my personal favorite, Alice and Olivia, and I found nothing short of a perfect selection of fabulous winter wear and denim. The best part? These super lux items are marked down 40-70 percent off!

Johnson boasts Real Housewives of D.C.'s (and fellow Hot Hundred listee) Lolly Amons as an employee, who predicted that the final weekend of the sale will be packed with D.C.'s fashionistas and thrifty trendsetters vying to get their hands on some additional gorgeous goodies.

While both the sale and the new store were filled with awesome clothing and accessories, my most wanted was definitely the discounted jewelry, as both stores displayed trays of beautiful earrings, stunning statement necklaces and even a five dollar bin at the sale.
The warehouse sale continues next weekend, January 28th and 29th, 2012 from 10 AM-5 PM on Saturday and Noon-5 PM on Sunday, at 3136 P Street NW.
Don't forget to also stop by the new location directly across the street, 3231 P Street NW, every Tuesday-Sunday for additional savvy splurges and steals.
