Kartel
Kartel is quintessentially French in the crowd it attracts-- and it’s not a bad thing. Though this multi-story lounge with a edgy roof terrace aims to be more of a club, it hasn’t yet attracted the loyal customers of the other quintessentially French club some say it is modeled after (Bar Rouge). That said, Kartel attracts the younger international crowd who are really there to party and have a good time, and not just to be seen. This is perhaps why it’s a great place to meet a variety of cool people and get the night going before hitting up a proper club with the party veterans.
