Dimitri's at Ammoudi Bay in Oia, is located down a cliff on the water (don’t worry it’s totally worth the trip). It’s run by a Canadian expat and her Greek husband. They catch their own fish and grill it for you. It’s authentic and one of the best dinners you could have in Santorini. Be sure to reserve ahead of time.
