Guests commit to a ‘retreat’ when they book their holidays at MesaStila. Each of these retreats come with compulsory activities. For example, if you sign up for the “Dynamism” retreat, you are expected to take part in dynamic fitness activities, or if you sign up for the “Crossfit & Spa” retreat, you are expected to partake in Crossfit sessions. What’s great about MesaStila is that you will learn tips and tricks that you can use at home.
