Tsui Wah (Wellington Street)
The Place: A long-standing staple (and possibly the first) late night restaurant in the Lan Kwai Fong party area, Tsui Wah is conceptually a two-story Chinese diner that serves anything and everything. Quick, no fuss, and extensive in what it has to offer, diners are given a convoluted menu offering Chinese specialties and local interpretations of Western food like spaghetti and sandwiches.
The Crowd: This place is so big that you are bound to run into familiar faces, local hipsters, and also workers that have finished a late night shift who want nothing to do with the rowdy crowd.
The Dish: While their signature dish is a Chinese version of a French toast (do not ask), they have great stir-fried noodle dishes, which are slightly easier on the stomach.
