Lord Howe Island, Australia
A volcanic remnant in the Tasman Sea located between Australia and New Zealand, this secluded island is so rarely visited by tourists that at any time you will be one of only 400 visitors on the island. It's also a world heritage paradise location ideal for fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving enthusiasts. Bird watching is a common thing to do here, and since the island is crescent shape and relatively small, it's easy to get from one end to the other.
