Kelly Cutrone is a fashion publicist from Los Angeles, CA, and is the founder of public relations, branding, and marketing firm People\'s Revolution.
In her early twenties, Kelly was married to artist Ronnie Cutrone, Andy Warhol\'s protégé- a stint that did not last very long. Nearly a decade after her second marriage, Cutrone met Ilario Calvo, with whom she shares a daughter, Ava.
Only after leaving PR firm Cutrone & Weinberg, and a brief stint as a psychic on Venice Beach, CA did Kelly established People\'s Revolution, which currently holds the record for producing the most shows in one day for New York Fashion Week.
Kelly gained attention for herself and her agency through the reality tv circuit, particularly by appearing on three of MTV\'s most popular shows: True Life, The Hills, and The City as the publicist from hell. In fact, in February 2010, Bravo debuted Kell On Earth, a reality series that revolves around both Kelly\'s life as a mother, and her role as the no-nonsense head of People\'s Revolution.
Also in February 2010, Kelly released her New York Times bestselling memoir/self-help book aptly titled If You Have To Cry Go Outside: And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You. During a Guest of a Guest interview in January 2010, Kelly explains that a part of being successful in the fashion industry is the ability to work under extreme pressure which is also the reasoning behind her now infamous quote: ,
“If anyone really wanted to change the world they’d bring in the fashion bitches because no one gets things done faster.”
Kelly lives in Manhattan with her daughter, Ava.
