Jim Carrey was born in Ontario, Canada. Coming from a struggling childhood, he got his big break opening for comedian Rodney Dangerfield. Since then, Carrey has been in a number of films including Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Bruce Almighty, Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar and as of late, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.
