Belgium: The Mint Julep
Countries don't only share colors, they also share national liquors. Genever is also the drink of choice for Belgium, so we decided to designate the Mint Julep for our Belgium-inspired cocktail!
What You'll Need:
0.5 Oz Simple Syrup
15 Large Mint Leaves
1 Oz Bols Genever
1 Oz Plymouth Gin
1 Splash Club Soda
How To Make It:
1. Muddle the simple syrup and mint in the glass.
2. Fill with ice.
3. Add the Genever and Gin.
4. Top with the club soda and stir.
