The Shame Spiral Of Procrasti-Creeping
We've all been there—watching the clock at 2 am as minutes and hours count down to the final you're supposed to be studying for or the deadline you should be working on, only to panic and take a "Facebook break" (after all, you've already written a whole sentence or two!). So there you are, browsing your feed, desperate for distraction. You click on the page of some girl from high school who lost a lot of weight, then you click on the girl she's tagged with in her profile picture, etc. etc. Suddenly it's sunrise and you find yourself a victim of the 20 degrees of separation, looking at a fascinating stranger's vacation pictures from Paris 2008. Back away from the computer. Back away slowly.
