I've only been to Shelter Island once, but it definitely made an impression. Gorgeous, sweeping views along the shoreline, quaint houses, loads of laid-back amblers... and now you can be one of them, for the (relatively) low cost of $3,000/week. 3Br, 2Ba, outdoor shower, pool, plus all the calamari you can eat at nearby Sunset Beach.
