Drinks: The Bar Hemingway
Some of my earliest memories of Paris are enjoying tea in the pre-renovated Ritz, so on my return I had looked forward to seeing the the restoration of one of the most globally iconic hotels. While the opulence was striking, I honestly found it resembled a sad hybrid of a Parisian Breakers or an over-the-top Disneyland pretending to be the Ritz. With that said, it’s the Hemingway Bar and you’re in Paris so you have to go see it for yourself.
