Last weekend saw the highly-anticipated opening of mega supper club, KU DÉ TA, in the bustling city of Bangkok. Having already made an impression in the Asia club scene through its sister venue, KU DÉ TA at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, this supper club passed out the most coveted invite this past weekend. If the opening was anything to go by, KU DÉ TA Bangkok will soon become a mandatory pit-stop in the international party circuit.
Over 1000 guests were selected to join in this celebration and to be the first to experience the 2-story establishment. Spread over the 39th and 40th floor of Sathorn Square Building, this entertainment playground houses 3 restaurants, including Signature (Modern Asian), Izakaya (Japanese), and Grill (a “progressive” steakhouse). Where it really shines, though, is the variety of nightlife it manages to offer in one destination. Guests at the opening were able to explore the 7 distinctly themed bars, which included Soundgarden, Amber Bar, Aviary, Ku Bar, Grill Bar, Lounge, and a peek into their private bar in their Members Club. Of course, Ku De Ta would not be complete without a dancefloor - and there happens to be two! - one in their open-to-public Club Lounge and the other in their more private Members Club.
