The Molecule Project
East Village is not a place where wild style is given a second look, however this next project has raised some eyebrows.
The Molecule Project is a store that claims their 16-oz bottles of pharmaceutical grade water is worth the $2.50 price tag. The store takes regular tap water then processes it through a seven-stage device that makes the H20, as the store owner states,
fluffy.
Steve Cuozzo of the NY Post couldn't have said it better,
"Molecule bottled water is ‘pure’ nonsense"
