Established as the first capital of NY in 1777 Kingston, is perfect for history buffs. New restaurants have opened recently making it a go-to spot for Hudson Valley food lovers too. New York’s first capital has preserved a good deal of its pre-revolutionary charm, and visitors can tour these well-preserved architectural treasures.
