Park City, Utah
With 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, Park City is the largest ski resort in the US. Sure, Utah may be conservative, but Park City has the best gourmet food in the state, as well as retailers, bars, nightclubs, and hot springs. You may also get a glimpse of a few celebrities since Park City is home to the Sundance Film Festival (founded by Robert Redford).
