Manisses resturant is located in a 19th century Victorian hotel down the road from the Spring House. They offer just about anything you can think of, including braised short ribs, flounder picatta, shrimp & flounder tacos and pad thai. Our personal guilty delight is their lobster mashed potatoes side dish - hearty chunks of fresh lobster meat mixed in with creamy mashed potatoes. Before you leave the island, walk across the parking lot to visit the animals on the hotel's farm. But beware of the ostrich - that guy is a little too feisty for our liking.
