Footbridge Lobster
If anyone tells you the Clam Shack has the best lobster roll in Maine, they clearly don't understand what a good lobster roll is. The Clam Shack is a tourist trap with mediocre lobster rolls. Sorry, not sorry. Footbridge Lobster is the place to go for lobster rolls. Plus, there's never a long line. The lobster to roll ratio is amazing and they put the butter on the side so you can decide how much you need. The roll itself is the most overlooked part of the lobster roll, but is high-key one of the most important aspects (it's half of your sandwich!!!). Footbridge Lobster boasts bread that is fluffy, perfectly toasted, lightly buttered, and super tasty. To top it off, there is a beautiful view of the ocean right outside the restaurant. What could be better?
