This skirt and I have some history...
Ralph Lauren's biggest reference point is Ralph Lauren. Meaning, any style you may love this year will almost certainly be revisited next year - tweaked a touch, washed over in a new color palette.
It's a major 'no new friends' type of approach, and honestly, I'm fine with that.
Last spring this plaid linen skirt with the perfect easy silhouette came out. Only problem, it was a mix of blue and a faded salmon pink. Not very me.
Still, even though I knew chances were they'd eventually make it in my ideal color palette, my trigger finger got the best of me and I bought it anyway.
But like, yeah, obviously I'm doubling down and getting it are you crazy? Sunk cost dude.
