Last week I flew through Pineapple Street - definitely recommend if you're in need of a light fun speed read.
Now I'm halfway through David Blum's beyond brilliant novel, a blast from the past (i.e. 2008). The story - a play by play reporting on the opening and eventual closing of an NYC restaurant - is the most delightfully written book I've read in a long time.
Plus, the part where they discuss pricing out the menu is a trip!
Goat Cheese Salad for $7!?
Yellowfin Tuna for $17!?!!
2008, what a time to be alive!
Flash In The Pan, $19.99
