MoMA Century Of The Child: Growing By Design
This exhibit at MoMA explores the 20th century phenomenon of designers incorporating ideas of childhood into their products, campaigns and teaching tools. While today this is the norm it hasn't always been that way, and this exhibit takes a look back through the 1900's to follow the timeline of how the well being of children shifted the way designers created things. Loaded with over 500 items including games, toys, posters, book, and even props from Pee Wees Playhouse, this whimsical exhibit will keep you entertained for hours while you wait out the rain.
