Anna Wintour and Carine Roitfeld are two of the most well-know ladies in the fashion industry. While Anna may not have been born in New York, the Vogue editor-in-chief still epitomizes the city. On the other hand, former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld does an equally amazing job representing French fashion. We would call this one a tie but we think Carine wins by a very small margin for her recently launched CR Fashion Book, which has both New Yorkers and Parisians buzzing.
