Fast Pace vs. Leisure
[Photo via, via] It's no hidden fact that New Yorkers have a hard time slowing down. Meanwhile, Parisians seem to take life at a much more leisurely pace. Everything shuts down on a daily basis for what the French call a sieste, a time of rest in the middle of the day. You'd be hard pressed to find a New Yorker who doesn't eat lunch in front of a computer. We applaud New York for being such a driven city, but Parisian know how to balance life better.
