Cucumber & Rose Collins
Tom's edgier sister has reared her ugly head just in time for the end of summer. This gin cocktail substitutes rose syrup for regular syrup and cucumber water for club soda to get that uniquely sweet and salty taste.

1 1/2oz Hendrick's Gin
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Rose syrup
1 1/2 oz Fresh cucumber water
