Beer Cocktails
This may not be a new trend, but beer cocktails were a standard at the Cocktail Classic. Bartender Seth Allen of Cannibal created drinks with Maker's Mark bourbon and beers, such as Farmhouse, featuring Stillwater Stateside, Maker's Mark, and bitters. For a bourbon and stout cocktail, try the

Knob Creek Bourbon Big and Stout
1 part Knob Creek Bourbon
1-1/2 parts Sweet Stout
3/4 parts Demerara sugar or Simple Syrup
1 Whole Egg
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify proteins. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a large rocks glass.
