Why We Love It: Southern restaurant Tipsy Parson in Chelsea serves an extremely underrated frozen cocktail: the Bourbon Berry Bramble. This sorbet-like refreshment is made with Senator’s Club Blended Whiskey, mint syrup, lemon juice, and pureed mixed berries. It’s fruity and refreshing, but also nice and boozy – the bourbon provides some serious kick.
