No, I am not condoning eating disorders but maybe skip the gluttonous drunch with your friends and the overpriced dinner later. Try a Cup Noodle or Trader Joe's frozen meal. Cut down on the unnecessary purchases like your $6 Iced Mocha Extra Shot Whipped Cream whatnot. It will make your wallet fatter and you skinnier. Win win?
