Negronis are considered apertifs, but Bob Wagner's take on the classic cocktail would serve one well at the end of a meal. Between the cacao-infused gin, coffee-infused vermouth, and two chocolate toppings, it's one of the most unique and tasty dessert cocktails we've tried.

¾ oz. Cacao-Infused Bulldog Gin
¾ oz. Coffee-Infused Cinzano 1757
White Chocolate Prosecco Foam
