The Greenwich International Film Festival (GIFF) is held annually in the picturesque town of Greenwich, CT in Fairfield County, just 45 minutes from New York City. The festival aims to bridge the worlds of film, finance, and philanthropy, while harnessing the power of film to highlight an important cause each year and serve the greater good; the 2016 Festival will focus on Human Rights Issues. GIFF’s second annual festival will be heldJune 9 -12th and will feature 50+ Films, Celebrities, Free Panels, a Children’s Acting Workshop, Film Premieres, and lavish parties.

THURSDAY, JUNE 9TH
Opening Night of the festival we will be screening LITTLE BOXES (Narrative Feature) with Rob Meyer, Annie Howell, and Jacob Ian Goldman in attendance. The festival will also be screening THE ANTHROPOLOGIST (Documentary Feature) with Dar Williams, Daniel Miller, Seth Kramer, and Jeremy Newberger in attendance.
Post-Opening Night Screenings we’ll have our Opening Night Party and Awards Ceremony where Actress, Kristin Davis will present the prize for Best Social Impact Film and John Popper (Blues Traveler) and Dar Williams will perform a live concert.

CHANGEMAKER HONOREE GALA
The Changemaker Honoree Gala is the most prestigious event of the festival. It honors artists who have used their public platform for positive social change. The event includes a black-tie seated dinner for guests at Richard's on Greenwich Avenue. Betteridge will host a pre-cocktail reception to meet the Changemakers. This year’s Honorees include Trudie Styler (The Rainforest Fund), Freida Pinto (Girl Rising) and Rising Changemaker, Abigail Breslin (NVDC). Kathie Lee Gifford will serve as Master of Ceremonies and Neel Sethi (The Jungle Book) will also be in attendance.
